The electronic Vara do Trabalho project - VTe, was developed by the Vara do Trabalho de Parnaíba, member of the Labor Court of the 22nd Region - TRT22, simulating the physical environment in the digital one.The objective is to allow any external user to have access to the Labor Courts or other judicial units that use the Electronic Labor Justice tool, in the State of Piauí, without having to travel to the building where the respective unit operates.After choosing which Labor Court or unit you want to access, the user will be directed to the Zoom Meeting platform, where he should always look for the simultaneous room (breakout rooms) referring to the sector to deal with the subject of his interest and enter it.The Service Desk is freely accessible, just go to the corresponding room to talk to the attendant.The courtrooms, identified by time and case number, are freely accessible.The conciliation rooms are also freely accessible, open to any user.The judges office and the directors are individually accessible. It will not be possible to serve multiple users at the same time, unless authorized.Restricted access rooms are exclusive to the judge, secretary director and servers.After completing the service, the user must click on "leave the meeting".
